Continuing Education (CE) Registration Completion Form

To complete the registration process and secure a seat in this class, payment must be received.
Follow the below listed Buy Now function to complete the registration process, (be sure to list the desired class name, date and location) so that we can match both your enrollment and registration request. Enrollments left incomplete will not be followed up on. As a reminder, students who have made payments in full will receive their certificate of completion at the end of the last day of class.
For any and all massage related courses, be sure to bring a set of fitted twin size bed sheets and face rest cover / or a pillow case as you should be prepared to participate in hands on activities. Also bring note-taking materials. All of the Continuing Education courses offered will require an applicant to participate within the class based on the course involved.

All course registrations should be received 15 days prior to class date or there will be a $50.00 late registration fee.
Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable and confirmation of enrollment (this message) and registration (completed through paypal in form of a receipt) are your verification of enrollment into your desired class. Classes may be canceled or postponed for enrollment or weather conditions. Students who are registered for such classes will be informed as soon as possible and their deposits may be refunded or applied to another course. Students who cancel their registration less than 15 days prior to the start of class will forfeit the total amount of the required deposit. If course is paid for in full the remaining balance will be credited or transferred to another course.
For your convenience our Bloomfield, Tinton Falls, and Haskell locations do have a student break room with a refrigerator.
