CPR Enrollment Form

This class is a home study class with an in person skills test required. The skills test takes approximately 30 minutes and needs to be scheduled through ITM. Once payment is received student should expect an email with the home study course and instructions for completion within four days. Home study must be completed and test scheduled within 90 days of receipt of course.
