Continuing Education (CE) Enrollment Form

** For all classes, please wear comfortable clothing, and bring note taking material, massage lubricant, towels, and sheets as needed. If there are any special requirements or pre-requisities, it will be noted as such. **

To register for any of our
massage therapy continuing education programs, submit the form
provided below. Registration must be paid to secure your seat in class.

Incomplete Registrations (not paid for) will not be followed up on.
